Grant Description

the project was under construction. The project achieved a 90% completion rate by July 2008. It was ultimately completed in June 2009 (Sohu; Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China).

On July 11 Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
